Day 6 - twenty things that calm you.
1. writing poetry
2. the beach
3. the rain
4. the wind
5. hearing my wind chimes
6. laying in the sun
7. my rainbows....sometimes lol
8. helping others
9. my various projects
10. running
11. music
12. scrapbooking
13. meditation
14. a long hot shower
15. a nice long sit in a sauna
16. increasing my knowledge of my doula work and parenting... I will never know everything there is to know but I want to be informed as things come up

18. cloudy skies

20. being in bed with my rainbows
